Beacon
Your community site, up in half a day, in your colours. Installed, hosted and maintained.
Beacon brings together what outgrows Discord: tickets, applications, sanctions, memberships, events. Each community gets its own site and its own database, in its colours, and members sign in with the account they already have. Thirteen communities use it every day.
Two demos full of content. Take on an account in one click, nothing to create.

Pricing
Four plans, one piece of software. Light lives on a subdomain and goes live within the hour; the other two give you your own domain and your own server. Between those, the one where you supply the server costs €300 more to set up and €34 less per month: it becomes the cheaper one after nine months.

Light takes nothing away: the ten included modules are whole there too. What changes is size: three accounts carrying a permission, members still unlimited. A team that grows moves up a plan, and the instance moves with its data. One setup covers one community. If you run two, that is two separate setups, each with its own database and address. Optional modules start at €160 each. A game bridge costs €550 plus €22 a month: it follows the game's own update schedule, which nobody here controls.
Thirty days to change your mind
Thirty days. If the platform is not for you, you get a full refund, setup included, with no explanation to give. You leave with a complete export of your data and the domain name, which is yours. Put plainly: the risk sits on our side, not yours.

Why Beacon
A community that grows always outgrows Discord. Applications get lost in direct messages, sanctions live in three people's heads, and nobody knows who answered what.
Beacon puts it in order. Every community gets its own instance and its own database, in its colours and its logo. Members sign in with the Discord account they already have, so there is no extra one to create.
You are not waiting on development: it is all written, you switch on what you need. And a fix shipped on a Tuesday is with you on the Tuesday.
Thirteen communities already trust us with it. Tickets, applications, sanctions, appeals, shop: they use it every day, some of them for months. The twenty-eight modules come from there. None of them was imagined: each one came from a real request, on a server in service.
Beacon is the installable version of it: what used to take a bespoke build now takes half a day.
What you get
A public site
Home page, news, rules, team, events. Sections, their order and their content are set from an editor, without touching code.
You pick from five looks. The colour is yours: the site derives a full palette from it and checks that every piece of text stays readable on it, in light and dark alike.
A staff area
Tickets, applications, sanctions, a penalty scale, appeals, project tracking. Every action leaves a dated, named entry in a log you can read and export.
Rights are set role by role on a grid, and each right says exactly what it allows.
A Discord assistant
It lives in your Discord server and ties it to the site: new requests land in your team's channel, sanctions follow, live streams get announced, and a trap channel bans hijacked accounts the moment they post their spam there.
It comes with the subscription. The Discord application stays yours, like the domain name: it carries your community's name and you keep the key to it.
GDPR, actually done
Every member downloads, from their own profile, a file holding everything the site knows about them. They see what it will contain before producing it, and they have nobody to ask. An access request settled in one click does not tie up your team and does not let a deadline slip.
Erasure is requested rather than self-served, and that is deliberate: deciding what is kept despite the request (a sanction, a ticket thread) belongs to whoever runs the site, not to a button. The request lands in your management area, with a dry run of what would go.
The processing register keeps itself: each module declares what it collects, why, and what becomes of it when an account leaves. A module that forgot to declare it would not compile.
Your data stays yours
One instance per community, with its own database. Your data never sits next to anyone else's. On the Light plan, the instance and its database are yours alone: it is the machine that is shared.
The domain name is yours and is transferred on request, no conditions attached. If you leave, you leave with a full export.
How it fits with what you already have
- Sign-in goes through Discord. It is the account your members already have: nothing else to create, no password to forget.
- Payment stays with your provider. Your shop does not move from Tebex, HelloAsso, Ko-fi or Stripe; Beacon records what happens there and grants what was bought.
- Sending email needs your mail credentials. Six fields, filled in once at setup.
- The Discord assistant needs a Discord application in your name. Creating it takes two minutes, guided from the site, and it stays in your account: you keep the key to it.
- A game bridge follows the game's schedule, which is nobody's call here. When a major update lands, we take it on and work out how to fit it in. As long as it is technically possible, we will.
See it running
Two full demos run around the clock, filled with content: a tennis club and a game server. Open one and step into an account in one click (chair, committee or member at the club, owner, moderator or member on the server) with nothing to create and no address to hand over. They reset every night, so feel free to break things.
The quickest way in is a message describing your community: the game, how many members, and what is getting in your way today.
